A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA AND THE SAN BERNARDINO ASSOCIATED
GOVERNMENTS (SANBAG), FOR THE PLACEMENT OF
FIBER OPTIC CONDUIT IN HERMOSA AVENUE UNDER THE
METROLINK TRACKS, LOCATED NORTH OF 8T" STREET AT
SCRRA MILE POST 40.60
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a License Agreement between the City of Rancho Cucamonga and San
Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG); and
WHEREAS, the License Agreement is for the placement of fiber optic conduit in
Hermosa Avenue under the Metrolink tracks, located north of 8'h Street at SCRRA Mile Post
40.60.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, hereby resolves that said License Agreement between SANBAG and City for the
placement of fiber optic conduit be hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June 2002.
