A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATION OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT,AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR
MAINTENANCE OF SAID EASEMENT, AND GRANTING A SUB-
EASEMENT IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby accepts
the offer of dedication of a drainage easement as set forth in the
Owner's Certificate appearing on Tract map No. 8248, executed by
the Chairman of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on
December 14, 1970, with respect to Lot Nos. 69, 70 and 77 only(the
"Drainage Easement".)
SECTION 2: The City Council further authorizes the execution of an agreement
with Sunrise Rancho Cucamonga Assisted Living, L.L.C., a Virginia
Limited Liability Company("Sunrise"), to provide for maintenance of
the Drainage Easement. In furtherance thereof, there City council
further grants Sunrise a sub-easement to enter and maintain the
Drainage Easement in accordance with the terms of said agreement.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a Certified
copy of this Resolution to be filed for Recordation with the Office of
the County Recorder for the Count of San Bernardino.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 19`" day of January 2000.
