A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND
SAFETY LIGHTING PROJECT LOCATED AT THE
INTERSECTION OF ARROW ROUTE AND BAKER AVENUE,
CONTRACT NO. 98-053 AS COMPLETE, RELEASE THE
BONDS AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY ENGINEER TO FILE A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING
OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements the Traffic Signal and
Safety Lighting Project located at the intersection of Arrow Route and Baker Avenue, Contract
No. 98-053, has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 51h day of January 2000.
