A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
HOUTZ AND SONS, A PARTNERSHIP, FOR PARCEL MAP 8815
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, adopted Resolution
No. 85-212 accepting a Real Property Improvement contract and Lien Agreement from Houtz &
Sons, a Partnership, for Parcel Map 8815; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement were
recorded on July 23, 1985, as Instrument No.85-176489, in the Office of the County Recorder,San
Bernardino County, California; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement is no
longer required with the removal of the encroaching structures, grading drainage,and development
of parcel 2 being completed.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
from Parcel Map 8815, parcels 1 and 2, and authorize the Mayor to sign the Notice of Release of
Agreement regarding Real Property and Lien Agreement and the City Clerk to attest and present
same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January 2000.
