A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
JOINT USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE SAN
BERNARDINO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Joint Use Agreement between the City and the San Bernardino County Flood
Control District (SBCFCD), for the Banyan Street at Fredericksburg Avenue Traffic Signal and
Widening Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Joint Use Agreement is for the construction, operation and
maintenance of the roadway improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, hereby resolves that said Joint Use Agreement be hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Maintenance Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June 2000.
