A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 15476
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No:_ i154A6; submitted by t7Vestern Land
Properties,and consisting of 4 parcels located on the southeast corner of Haven Avenue and Town
Center Drive, being a division of 9.7 acres,was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga,on May 10, 2000,and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and
Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 15476 is the final map of the division of land approved
as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into three (3) previous
Improvement Agreements guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Securities by Western Land
Properties as developer; and
WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Parcel Map offering for
dedication, for street, highway and-related kpurposes, the streets delineated thereon and the
easenient�dett'i'caled'thereon for stom drain,drainage overflow,sidewalk,street tree and incidental
purposes..
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES,that the offers for dedication,easements and the final map
delineating the same for said Parcel Map No. 15476 is hereby approved and the City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 4"'day of October 2000.
