A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
EXECUTION OF A MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA AND THE CUCAMONGA
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration and execution, a Mutual Aid Agreement between the City of Rancho Cucamonga
(CITY) and the Cucamonga County Water District (CCWD) for emergency repair work in the
City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Rancho Cucamonga to enter
into said agreement and participate in the plan when a local emergency has been declared;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the mutual aid agreement
presented by the City of Rancho Cucamonga City Council hereby be approved by the Mayor
and City Council.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 1 gch day of June 2002.
