A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR A
FACILITY TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON LOTS 95 THROUGH 100
OF TRACT 13812 AND RELEASING THE IMPROVEMENT AND
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR A DETENTION BASIN
SUBMI'I-I'ED BY WEALTH V, LLC - APN 225-431-44 THROUGH

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, did
consider an Improvement Agreement submitted by Wealth V, LLC, as developer, for the
improvement of a facility specifically described therein, and generally located on the west side of
Etiwanda Avenue, south of Summit Avenue and release of the previously approved
Improvement Agreement for a detention basin for Wealth V, LLC; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Improvement Agreement,
submitted by Wealth V, LLC is hereby approved, the previously approved Improvement
Agreement from Wealth V, LLC is hereby released and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and City Clerk to
attest thereto. The City Clerk shall cause the agreement and letter waving issuance of building
permit for lot 86 to be recorded.
