A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
SAPPHIRE STREET IMPROVEMENTS, FORM MOON COURT
TO JUST SOUTH OF ALMOND STREET, AS COMPETE, AND
AUTHORIZE THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Sapphire Street
Improvements, for Moon Court to just south of Almond Street, Contract No. 00-017, has been
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2ntl day of August 2000.
