A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 15424 AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 15424, submitted by Western Land
Properties, and consisting of a subdivision of 4.0 acres of land into five parcels, located on the north
side of Foothill Boulevard between Milliken and Elm Avenues in the Terra Vista Community Plan,
was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on January 12,2000;
and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 15424 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the Monumentation Cash
Deposit by Western Land Properties, as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that said Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by said
developer be and the same is hereby approved,and that said Parcel Map Number 15424 be and the
same is hereby approved, and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County
Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October 2000.
