A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NOS. 15453, 15454 AND 15455
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Nos. 15453, 15454 and 15455, submitted by
Lewis Operating Corporation, located on the east side of Milliken Avenue between Base Line
Road and Foothill Boulevard being a division of 54.7, 93.2 and 34.8 acres of land into 3, 4 and 3
parcels respectively, were approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga on April 12, 2000, are in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local
Ordinance No. 28, adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Nos. 15453, 15454 and 15455 are the final maps of the
division of lands approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Maps; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final maps by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Parcel Map Nos. 15453, 15454 and 15455 are
hereby approved and that the offers for dedication and the final maps delineating the same for
said Parcel Map Nos. 15453, 15454 and 15455 are hereby approved and the City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 4`h day of October 2000.
