A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN
AGREEMENT FROM DANNY W. PAULSON AND EARLINE R.
PAULSON
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted a
Resolution on April 21, 1982, accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement fro Brian Samuel Smith; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement was
recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on May 7, 1982, as
Document No. 82-090509; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement is no
longer required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BI IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement from Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map 9349, authorizes the Mayor to sign same and
directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
county, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 4'" day of October 2000.
