A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT A QUITCLAIM DEED EXECUTED BY
PERVAIZ AND NUSRAT KHAN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has
for its consideration acceptance of a quitclaim deed for the improvement of public right-of-way
on, over, under, across and along the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located south of Highland Avenue, east of East Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said real property requires payment of $5,175.00 to Pervaiz and
Nusrat Khan, property owners, who agree to execute a quitclaim deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said quitclaim deed is hereby
approved and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to accept said quitclaim deed on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga.
