I presently am, and at all times mentioned herein have been, the City
Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. Acting in that capacity, on
January 8, 1998, at 12:30 P.m., I posted a true and correct copy of the
Redevelopment Agency and Planning/Historic Preservation Commission
meeting agenda dated January 10, 1998 at 10500 Civic Center Drive,
Rancho Cucamonga.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct
and that this declaration was executed on January 8, 1998, at Rancho
Cucamonga.

This is the time and place for the general public to address the Redevelopment Agency. State law prohibits the
Agency from addressing any issue not previously included on the agenda. The Agency may receive testimony and
set the matter for a subsequent meeting. Comments are to be limited to five minutes per individual.
