A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO ACCEPT GRANTS OF A ROAD EASEMENT AND
A STORM DRAIN EASEMENT FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THEREON, AND TO CAUSE THE SAME TO BE DELIVERED TO
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON FOR RECORDATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has
previously approved improvement agreements and improvement securities for the installation of
street and storm drain improvements across Southern California Edison property, between Day
Creek Channel and the Rancho Etiwanda development; and
WHEREAS, Southern California Edison has executed grants of a road easement
and two storm drain easements, subject to terms and conditions that preserve their rights to
operate within and across said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS, that said Easements submitted by
Southern California Edison be the same, and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said
Easements on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
