HomeMy WebLinkAbout167 - Ordinances ORDINANCE NO. 167 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NLrMBERS 208-34-9 AND 11 FROM R-1 TO R-3/P.D. FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF 328 CONDOMINIUM UNITS ON 23.6 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF TURNER AND ARROW ROUTE KNOWN AS PLANNED DEVELOP~ENT NO. 81-14 - PFEILER The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, does ordain as follows: SECTION 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines the following: A. That the Planning Cormnission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, following a public hearing held in the time and manner prescribed by law, recommends the rezoning of the property hereinafter described, and this City Council has held a public hearing in the time and manner prescribed by law as duly heard and considered said recormnendation. B. That this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga. C. This rezoning will have no significant environmental impact as provided in the Negative Declaration filed herein. SECTION 2: The following described real property is hereby rezoned in the manner stated, and the zoning map is hereby amended accordingly. APN 208-34-9 and 1i, being 23.6 acres located at the Northwest Corner of Turner Avenue and Arrow Route, from R-1 (Single-Family residential) to R-3/P.D. (Multiple-Family residential/ Planned Development) zone. SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper ~f general circulation published in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
