A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 15790
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 15790, submitted by Erin Madison, Inc.,
and consisting of two parcels, located on the east side of the southern terminus of Hyssop
Drive, east of the 1-15 Freeway, being a division of 2.3 acres into two parcels in the Subarea 14
of the General Industrial District, was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, on the 8th day of May, 2002, and is in compliance with the State
Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 15790 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by Erin Madison, Inc., as
developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Parcel Map No. 15790 is hereby approved and
the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
