A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SAN
BERNARDINO COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
/SAN BERNARDINO ASSOCIATED GOVERNMENTS
(SANBAG) AND THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA FOR
THE CARNELIAN STREET STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Cooperative Agreement between the San Bernardino County Transportation
Authority/San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG) and the City of Rancho
Cucamonga for the Carnelian Street Storm Drain Improvements from the existing storm drain
just north of Cucamonga Creek Channel to the newly installed storm drain by SANBAG for the
Route 210/30 Freeway just south of 19th Street; and
WHEREAS, the Cooperative Agreement covers the funding and reimbursement
of funding for the construction of the storm drain improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, hereby resolves that said Cooperative Agreement be hereby approved and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Cooperative Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
