AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REZONING ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER
202-101-16 FROM A-1 TO A-P LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF 19TH STREET AND ARCHIBALD AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby finds and determines the
following:
A. That the Planning Commission of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, following a public hearing
held in the time and manner prescribed by law,
recommends the rezoning of the property herein-
after described, and this City Council has held
a public hearing in the time and manner prescribed
by law as duly heard and considered said recommendation.
B.That this rezoning is consistent with the General
Plan of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
C. This rezoning will have no significant environ-
mental impact as provided in the Negative Declaration
filed herein.
SECTION 2: The following described real property is hereby
rezoned in the manner stated, and the zoning map is hereby amended
accordingly.
A-1 (limited agriculture) to A-P (administrative
professional)
Said property is located on the northwest corner of lqth Street and
Archibald Avenue known as Assessor's Parcel Number 202-101-16.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect at 12:0] a.m. on the
31st day after its adoption.
SECTION 3: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the
City Clerk shall attest to the same, and the Citv Clerk shall cause the same
to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage, at least
once in The Daily Report, a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated Jn the City of
Rancho Cncamonga, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1979.
