HomeMy WebLinkAbout69-C - Ordinances ORDINANCE NO. 69-C AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SUB-SECTION "A" OF THE SECTION 16.24.080 OF THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR AN INCREASE IN THE FEES IMPOSED FOR THE FINANCING OF INTERIM SCHOOLS. The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does ordain as follows: SECTION 1: Sub-Section "A" of Section 16.24.080 of the Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "A. When fees are required by this chapter such fees shall be as follows: "1. For development within the Alta Loma Elementary School District, one thousand one hundred dollars per single-family dwelling and five hundred fifty dollars per mobile home space or each unit of a multiple-unit dwel- ling structure which contains two or more bedrooms. "2. For development within the Central School District, one thousand one hundred dollars per single-family dwel- ling and five hundred fifty dollars per mobile home space or each unit of multiple-unit dwelling structure which contains two or more bedrooms. "3. For development within the Cucamonga School District, one thousand one hundred dollars per single-family dwel- ling and five hundred fifty dollars per mobile home space or each unit of multiple-unit dwelling structure which contains two or more bedrooms. "4. For development within the Etiwanda School District, one thousand one hundred dollars per single-family dwel- ling and five hundred fifty dollars per mobile home space or each unit of multiple-unit dwelling structure which contains two or more bedrooms. "5. For development within the Chaffey Joint Union High School District, six hundred dollars per single-family dwelling and three hundred dollars per mobile home space or each unit of multiple-unit dwelling structure which contains two or more bedrooms." SECTION 2: The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk shall attest to the same, and the City Clerk shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage, at least once in The Daily Report, a newspaper in general circulation, published in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
