AN ORDINANCE OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AMI'~{DING SECTION 8 OF ITS ORDINANCE
NO. 30, AS BERETOFORE AHE~DED, PERTAINING TO THE FINANCING
OF INTERIM SC[tOOL FACILITIES
The Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does hereby ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: Section 8 of Ordinance No. 30 of the City of Rancho
Cucamousa hereby is amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 8: Amount of Fees and ~ime of Payment.
Until further ameudmen~ of this Section 8, uo fees or
deduction of laud ia lieu of fees shall be required for all
projects submitted after the effective date of this
Ordinance No. 30B pursuant to this Ordinance No. 30 as
amended."
SECTION 2: The Hayor shall sign this Ordinance and She City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage
at leas~ once ia Time Daily Renor~, a newspaper of seoeral circulation published
in the City of Ontario, California, and circulated iu the City of Rancho
CucamonEa, Cali f oral a.
