A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT
EXTENSION AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR
PARCEL AMP 8815
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Extension Agreement executed on
March 27, 1987, by Citation Homes as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein,
and generally located on the west side of Beryl Avenue, south of 19th Street,
submitted by Citation Homes; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 8815; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Extension Agreement is secured and accompanied
by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Extension Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Extension Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Extension Agreement on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1987.
