CUCAHONGA. CALIFORNIA. AUTHORIZIN~ THE DESTRUCTION OP CITY
RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS ~"dICH ARE NO LONGER R~UIRED AS
PROVIDED UNDER GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 34090
WHEREAS, 'it has been dete~ined that certain City records under the
chares of the foll~ing ~ Deparment are no longer r~uired for p~lic or
pr~ate purposes:

WHEREAS. it has been detemined that dest~ction of the
~mentioned materials is necessa~ to conse~e storaSe space, m reduce
staff t~e. ~pense. md co~ueion in handling, and info~ing the p~lic~ and
~HEREAS. Section 340~ of the G~ernment Code of the State of
~lifo~ia authoress the head of a Ci~ depar~ent to destr~ a~ Ci~ records
and doc~ents which are ~er ~o years old under his or her charge, without
m~ing e co~ thereof, after the s~e are no longer r~uired, upon the appr~al
of the ~ Council ~ resolution ~d the written consent of the Ci~ Attorn~;
and
~HEREAS. it is therefore desir~le to destr~ said records as listed
in ~h~it "A" attached hereto md made a part hereof, in storage, without
m~in~ a co~ thereof, which are ~er ~o years old~ and
~HEREAS. said records h~e been appr~ed for destruction ~ the City
N~. THEREFORE. THE CITY COUNC~ OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CHCAMONGA DOES

Building Plans for Banks and Financial Institutions 1978-1984 inclusive
Development and construction of work covered by these plans has been completed
and plans are no longer required to gain code compliance. Plans required to be
maintained as permanent records by statute have been separated from those to be
destroyed and will be microfilmed.
