A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
ARCHIBALD AVENUE TRUNK SEWER AND STREET CONSTRUCTION
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, F.A.U. PRO3ECT NO. N-R078(1) AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public Improvements for Archibald Avenue
Trunk Sewer and Street Construction Improvement Project, F.A.U. Project No.
N-R078(1) have been completed to the satisfaction of the Ctty Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion Is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NO~/, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer ts authorized to sign and file a Nottce of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardlno County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1987.
