A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMENDING MAP OF TRACT NO.
13059
WHERE,, an Amending Map for Tract No. 13059, consisting of 138 lots,
submitted by Victoria Groves Five, A California General Partnership,
Subdivider, located north of the Southern Pacific Railroad and east of Deer
Creek Channel in the Victoria Planned Community has been submitted to the City
of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved by said City as provided in
the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider submits for approval said Final Map offering
for dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the
certificate thereon on behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1987.
