A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE COMMUNITY TRAIL FENCING AND
PCC CURB ALONG SUMMIT TRAIL AT THE SOUTH SIDE OF
SUMMIT AVENUE EAST OF ETIWANDA AVENUE, AND
ALONG HILLSIDE TRAIL, NORTH AND SOUTH OF HILLSIDE
ROAD WEST OF BERYL STREET, CONTRACT NO. 02-058
AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of the Community Trail Fencing and PCC Curb
along the south side of Summit Avenue east of Etiwanda Avenue, and along Hillside Trail, north
and south of Hillside Road west of Beryl Street, Contract No. 02-058, has been completed to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
