SUBJECT: COMMISSION WORKSHOP FOR PRE-APPLICATION 94-02 WESTERN
PROPERTIES (Related Files: TVPC Amendment 94-01, CUP 93-49)
LAND
At the May 11, 1994, meeting, the Planning Co~ission reviewed the related
Terra Vista Community Plan Amendment 94-01 and raised several concerns on the
proposed design guidelines for the 25-acre site located at the northeast
corner of Foothill Boulevard and Spruce Avenue. The Commission continued the
Community Plan application to the May 25, 1994~ meeting and scheduled a
workshop to review the proposed development plans for the site. The workshop
will be held on May 25, 1994, in the Rains Room at 6 p.m. Attached is a set
of the proposed development plans and an outline of the topics for discussion.
