A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES
FOR CUP 99-56
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,California, has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on April 16, 2003, by The Roman Catholic
Bishop of San Bernardino as developer,for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the
real property specifically described therein, and generally located on the north side of Foothill
Boulevard, west of Etiwanda Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof; is to be done in conjunction with the development of
said real property as referred to Planning Commission, CUP 99-56; and
WHEREAS,said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga,California,that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Securities be and
the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is herby authorized to sign said Improvement
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
