This is the time and place for the general public to address the City Council and the
Fire Protection District Board. State law prohibits the Council and the Board form
addressing any issue not previously included on the agenda. The Council and the
Board may receive testimony and set the matter for a subsequent meeting.
Comments are to be limited to five minutes per individual.
