A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
ENVIRONMENTAL ENHANCEMENT AND MITIGATION (EEM)
PROGRAM, APPLICANT-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 08-12-40,
BETWEEN THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA AND THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Environmental Enhancement and Mitigation (EEM) Program, Applicant-State
Agreement No. 08-12-40, between the City and the State of California Department of
Transportation; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement allows for the proportionate share of State funding
up to $260,000 to install additional passenger amenities, scenic landscape and cultural displays
for the beautification of the Rancho Cucamonga Metrolink Station.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, hereby resolves that said Environmental Enhancement and Mitigation (EEM)
Program, Applicant-State Agreement No. 08-12-40, be hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Applicant-State Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
