A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR FRONTAGE
IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF
DR 00-70
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimbursement Agreement submitted by F & F Simon Tech, LLC, the
Developer, for the frontage improvements, 6th Street median island landscaping from Utica
Avenue to Cleveland Avenue, in conjunction with the development of DR 00-70 located at the
southeast corner of Utica Avenue and 6h Street; and
WHEREAS, the Developer, at the Developer's expense, has completed the
landscape improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Reimbursement Agreement be
and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
Reimbursement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the City Clerk to
attest thereto.
