This is the time and place for the general public to address the Redevelopment
Agency and the City Council. State law prohibits the Agency and Council form
addressing any issue not previously included on the agenda. The Agency and
Council may receive testimony and set the matter for a subsequent meeting.
Comments are to be limited to five minutes per individual.

RESOLUTION NO. 03-190
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REPEALING
ITS RESOLUTION NO. 03-101 PERTAINING TO ITS
CONSENT TO THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADVANCING FUNDS FOR
ELECTRICAL FACILITIES
IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA as follows:
1. Resolution No. 03-101 of this Council adopted on April 16, 2003 hereby is
repealed.
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and
the same shall thereupon take effect and be in force.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July 2003.

PERTAINING TO ADVANCING FUNDS FOR ELECTRICAL
UTILITIES
IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED BY THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY as follows:
1. Resolution No. RA 03-005 adopted by this Agency on April 16, 2003 hereby
is repealed.
2. The Agency Secretary shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
resolution and the same shall thereupon take effect and be in force.
