A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, REPEALING ITS
RESOLUTION NO. 03-101 PERTAINING TO ITS CONSENT TO
THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ADVANCING FUNDS FOR ELECTRICAL FACILITIES
IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA as follows:
1. Resolution No. 03-101 of this Council adopted on April 16, 2003 hereby is
repealed.
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and
the same shall thereupon take effect and be in force.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 7`h day of July 2003.
