OF A NOTICEOFOC~R~TIONFOR~EWORK
WHEREAS, the oonstruction of public landscape improvements for Tract
13566-1 have been completed to the satisfaction of the city Engineer; and
WH~tEAS, a Notice of Cxmpletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~plete.
NOW, ~H~RE~ORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~,~letion with the County Recorder of
