~REAS, the City Ommcil of the City of Rancho O~m~nga has
est~_bl~ ~ req~~ for co~str~ctic~ of road i~a~u¥~ in c~junction
with the Vinmar Avenue frc~ Ninth Street to Chaffey Alley Project; and
~EAS, the installatio~ of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street pavin~
and other related wu=k, located along the nc~-theast corner portic~ of the
Gcm~_z parcel, shall be made a part of the Vinmar Ave~_~ frc~ Ninth Street to
Chaffey Alley Project; and
City for said ~.
NOW, ~{~EF(~E, the City Council of the City of Rancho C~ does-
hereby resolve to accept said I~ A~reement, and authorizes the Mayur
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the
office of the County Reoorder of San Bex~ Oounty, California.
