~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has fcu: its
cc~ideration a Reimhuk-sement ~ suhni~ by Woodridge ~s~cates, Ltd.,
developer, for the installatic~ of a pc~tic~ of a Master Planned Storm Drain
Facility located in Vista Grove Street frc~ the w~sterly side of Hermosa
Avenue to the easterly proper~ boundary; and
WHEREAS, the developer, at the developer's expense, has oc~pl~
said storm drain installation.
NOW, ~{~RE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho O _~r~ does
approved ar~ the Mayor is hereby a~ized to sign said Reimbursement
Agre~m~_ ~ c~ behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamo~ga, and the City Clerk to
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADO~ this 17th day of June, 1992.
