WHEREAS, the developer, at the developer's expense, has cc~pl~
said storm drain installation; and
WHEREAS, the developer at the time of issuance of the ~uilding
permits, Da-~ received fee credit frc~ the dra/nage fees for the amount as
stipulated in sa~d ~ A~.

ap~ and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Re~mhurs~nent
