Hereinafter in this Resolution, the subject Conditional Use Permit modifica- (ii) On the 26th day of F~h~_ ~ry 1992, and continued to the 25th day of Marc~ and the 8th day of April 1992, the Plann/ng C=mm~_~sion of the City of Rancho ~ cc~%___~ a duly noticed public hearing on the application and concluded said hearing on A~ril 8, 1992. (iii) On the 8th day of A~ril 1992, the Planning Oummission revie~sd the propoeal and staff's p~esentation and reoeived public testimony. At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Plar~ ~ion directed staff to prepare a Resolution of Denial for their m~eting of April 22, 1992. (iv) On the 22nd day of April 1992, the Planning C~...{~sion reviewed staff's presentation ar~ received public testimony. At the conclusion of the public testhmx~, the Plannir~ C~m-t~sion adopted a Resolution of Denial, on the application and concluded said hearing on April 22, 1992. (v) On the 3rd day of June 1992, the City Oouncil conducted a duly notioed public hearing on the application and co~cl,~_~k~___ said hearing on June 3, 1992. (iv) Ail 1~3~ prere~,~-it~s prior to th. adoption of this NOW, ~mREFCRE, th~ City Ommci~ of th~ City of Rancho Cucammzja does hereby find, determine ar~ resolve as follow~: 1. ~ ~ion hereby specifically finds that all of the facts set fcxTh in the Recitals, Part A, of this ~esolution are true and correct. during the abov~-referenoed public hearing on Fe/xuary 26, Marc~ 25, and April 8, 1992, i~cl~ written a~d oral staff repc~t~, together with ~ublic testimony, this ~ion hereby specifically finds as follows: (a) ~he application applies to uroperty located at 11530 Sixth Street with a street ~ of 715.15 feet and lot depth of 593.83 feet ar~ is pr~serfcly i~oved with three re~M~ar~h a~d develo~mant buil~ and 760 Industrial; and (c) The Indoor Wholesale/Retail Cu~_rcial Use is located within a General Industrial zone Subarea 11 of the Industrial Area Specific Plan. ~he General Industrial zc~e was intended to aocc~,,~date a wide range of Typically, ~nistrative office, ~rofessional, and ~ wholesale/retail DeveloF~_nt /_ndustrial Center was the fact that there wuuld not be any conflict with the hours of operation of the general industrial usex~ withLn the site with off-set hours of operation on w~kends c~_ly. This proposal to expand the hours of operation directly conflicts with the intent of the General Industrial z~ne of the Industrial Specific Plan would conflict with on-site business operations; and (d) The orig/nal approval of the application w~s based on the fact that the application would operate during different hours of o~ratic~ of other current site and future ~usinesses. With the current proposal, hours of operation on Fridays frc~ 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. would conflict with the hours of operation of other site users, and adversely impact those ~usinesses; (e) ~he propoeed hou~ of operation ~ conflict with the utilizatio~ of parking facilities for other users within the site. ~=ing the above-referen~U ~ubli¢ h~aring anU upon th. ~=ific finUi.~ of facts set forth in ~ragra~s 1 and 2 above, this C%-,mdssion here~ fir~s and c~cludes as follcw~: .
