PREPARE ANIMPARITALANALYSIS
WH~EAS, a special municipal electic~ is to be held in tb~ City of
Rancho O~m~3a on Nov~mk~r 3, 1992, at which therewill be suhni~tothe
qualified electors of the Citythe followin~question:
"Shall thetermof office of Mayor be four years?"
NOW, ~{~RE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamongadoes
hereby resolve, __~gc~.lare, determine ~ order as follc~s:

a copy of the question tot he City Attorney. ~heCityAttorney shall prepare
an impartial analysis showing the effect of the questions on the existing law
and the operation of the measure. The impartial analysis shall be filed by
the datesetbytheCityClerk for thefilir~ofprimaryarguments.
