OF CERTAIN OFFICERS OF ~HE CITY AS Rf~UIRfD BY THE
PBGVISIONS OF ~HE LAWS OF ~{E STATE OF CAT.Tm0RNIA
~]~AS, under the provisions of the laws relating to General Law
Cities in the State of California, a general municipal election shall be held
on Tuesday, November 3, 1992, for the election of F~u%icipal Officers.
NOW, 9~a~RE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
S~CITON 1: ~at pursuant to the req~,i~eme~nts of the laws of the
State of California relating to General Law Cities within said State, there
shall be, and there is hereby called and ordered, held in the City of Rancho
O___~?~, fkxaTty of San Ber~ardi~o, State of California, on Tuesday, the 3rd
day of November, 1992, a General ~nicipal Election of the qualified electors
of said City for the purpose of electing a Mayor of the City of Rancho
Cucamo~ga for full term of two years; two members of the City Council for the
full term of four years; a City Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga for a
full term of four years; and a city Treasurer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
for a full term of four years.
S7'/~TION 2: That the General F~nicipal Election hereby called for the
the Statewide General Election to be held on said date within the City.

Bernardino Oounty is hereby requested to order the consolidation of the

said General Municipal Election and said election shall be held in all

ballot used at said General Election shall be used. Said Registrar of Voters
shall supervise the canvass of said returns for said Special Municipal
Election and transmit said returns to the City Council of said City which

SECTION 4: ~he City Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is

Registrar of Voters each a certified copy of this Resolution.
