~{~EAS, the ~m~ Parcel Map No. 11891, consisting of 26 parcels,
sukmitted by ~CDC Associated L.P., A California Limited Partnership, Sub-
div/__~e~, located generally at the intersectic~ of Milliken Avenue and Jersey
Boulevard, has been sukmi~ to the City of Rancho Cucamonga by said Sub-
divi__~e~, as ~xDvided in the Subdivisic~ Map Act of the State of California,
and in cc~liance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
NC~ 7/{EREF-~RE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that notice is hereby given that c~ July 1, 1992, at the hour
of 7:00 P.M. in the City Council C~amhers located at 10500 Civic Center Drive,
in the City of Rancho Cucamonga any and all persons having objections to the
~ Parcel Map 11891 may appear and show cause why said map should not
record. Protests must be in writing and must oc~ a description of the
property in which each signer thereof is ir~, sufficient to identify
the same, and ~ust be delivered to the City Clerk of said City prior to the
time set for the hearing, and no other protests or objections will be
considered.
