~{~REAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuca~ has for its
comsideration an l~ ~ Extensicm executed on Ju~e 3, 1992, by
the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter D~y Saints as developer, for the ir~prove-
merit of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, arx~ generally located on the west side of Haven Avenue
south of Hillside Road; and
~EREAS, the installation of ~h im~, described in said
~junction with the develo~ of said 5782 Haven Avenue; and
accompanied by good and sufficient I~ Security, whic~ is identified
NOW, ~REFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said I~ A~reement Extension and said I~
authorized to sign said I~-oYem~nt A~ Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
