and consistir~ of 8 lots located at the end of Camellia Court, North of
Hillside Road, East of Beryl Street, w~s approved by the Planning C~aLU~ssion
of the City of Rancho ~, on Se~ 12, 1990, and is in cc~pli~
with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 14644 is the final map of the division of land

dedication and the final map delineating the ~m~_ for said Tract Map No. 14644
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Reoorder to be filed for fecund.
