~EREAS, a Real Pr~ ~ Co~tract and Lien A~3reement for
the installation of off-site i~ including curb, gutter and pavement

lien in favor of the lender; and
~EREAS, the developer has su~~ a Subordinatio~ Agreement to
that effect for the City's approval and execution.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Subordination A~reement be and the same are hereb~
a~ and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Subordination
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cuca~, a~ the City Clerk attest
thereto.
