WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ba-~ for its
consideratiu~ an I~ A~ Extensio~ executed on May 20, 1992, by
The William Lyon C~pany as developer, for the i~ of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the no~ oorner of Base Li ne Road and Victoria Park
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 11838; and
~HEREAS, said Im~ Agreement Extension is secured a~
accompanied by good and sufficient Im~xm~nt Security, which is identified
in said ~ Agreement Extension.

hereby resolve that said Imp~ A~reement Extension and said I~provement
authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamong~, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
