WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an ~ Agreement Extension executed on May 20, 1992, by
The William Lyon Cc~pany as developer, for the i~ of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real p~ specifically described therein, and
generally located on the northeast corner of Base Line Road and Milliken
Avenue; and
~EREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
conjunction with the develc~ of said Parcel Map 9350; and
a~ed by good and sufficient Im~ Security, which is identified
in said Improvement A~3reement Extension.
NOW, q/~IkqE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said I~ A~reement Extension and said I~
Security be and the same are bmreby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said ~t A~reement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
