WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ranci~ Cucamonga has for its
consideration an ]3~t Agreement Extension e~ut__~ on May 20, 1992, by
Friedman Hc~es as developer, for the i~ of public right-of-way
adjaoent to the real I~ specifically described therein, and generally
located on the northeast corner of Archibald Avenue and Carrari Street; and
WH]~REAS, the installation of such i~ts, described in said
Improvement A~ and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13316; and
WHEREAS, said I~ A~reement Extension is secured and
acc~panied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said lm~rov~nt agre~mnt Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Ooun~il of the City of Rancb~ Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement A~reement Extension and said Improv~
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamong~, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
