A RESOLI]rION OF THE CITY COt~CIL OF ~E CITY OF RANCHO
(/K~/~A, CALIFC~4IA, APPROVING PARCELMAPNO. 13755
WHEREAS, T~F~%TIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 13755, ~i~ by The Central
School District, Subdivider, and consisting of 1 paroel, located between
Terra Vista Parkway and Spruce Avenue north of Church Street, was approved by
the Planning C~m~ssio~ on August 14, 1991, as p~-ovided in the State Subdivi-
sion Map Act and is in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of
said City; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 13755 is the Final Map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has met the requirements established as
prereq~ite to approval of the Final Map.
NC~, THEREFORE, the city Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follc~s:
1. ~hat the Final Map be approved and the City Clerk is authorized
to execute the certificate thereon behalf of said City; and
2. ~at said Parcel Map No. 13755 be and the same is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to
the County Recorder to be filled for record.
