INITIAL STtDY AND ISSUANCE OF A ~CAL EX~4PI~I~ FOR
~ F-uR THE ROfX~"TER AVE~0E EAST SIDE PARKWAY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamc~ga has
reviewed all available input cc~oer~r~ the proposed Rancho Cucamonga High
School Mitigation Project for the ~ Avenue east side Parkway; and
WHEREAS, an ~viro~ental Assessment Initial study b~ been prepared
NOW, ~~RE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTI~ 1: The City Oouncil of Rancho Cucamo~Fa hereby approves the
~Z~xo~mm_ntal Assessment initial study and issuance of a Categorical Exemptic~
for the proposed Rancho Cucamonga High School Mitigation Project for tb~
Rochester Ave~_e east side Parkway.
S~CTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
