A NOTICE OF OCt4PLETION FOR Rt{E ~DRK
WHEREAS, the construction of the ia~c~;~_nts located on the east
side of Haven Averm~ between Church Street and Base T.~ne road have been
cc~pleted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Ompletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, ~I~REFORE, the City Ooun~il of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPI~D this 6th day of May, 1992.
